How much does a website cost?
New websites, stores and automations are quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. After launch, the Website Care Plan is $100 a month and covers hosting, security, content updates and listing upkeep.
Do you bill hourly or a fixed price?
Fixed price. You get the scope and the price in writing first, so the number does not move while the work happens. Changes beyond the care plan, such as a new feature or a redesign, are quoted the same way.
Who owns the website, domain and data?
You do. Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your analytics and your inbox stay in accounts you control. If you ever leave, you get the code and every login handed over.
Can I update the website myself?
You do not have to. Most clients send changes by email or text and they are made as part of the care plan. If you would rather edit everything yourself, say so up front and the site is built around that.
What happens after the site launches?
The care plan keeps it running: hosting, security updates, content changes, and making sure every lead still reaches your inbox. Nothing is handed off and forgotten.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The care plan is month to month and you can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
Monthly through Stripe, by bank debit or card. It bills automatically, so there are no invoices to chase.
Do you only work with businesses in Austin?
No. Apex is based in Austin, Texas and works with businesses across the US, including a salon-suite studio in Lexington, Kentucky.
Is advertising included?
No. Ad campaigns and ad spend are not part of the care plan. If you have a marketing person, they get access to everything they need.
